Don’t forget to fill out our Troop Trip and Activity Notification Form before you go. And as always, have fun!

Golden Gate Bridging – San Francisco, CA

Golden Gate Bridging is the biggest event of the year for bridging Juniors (5th graders). Hosted by Girl Scouts of Northern California on April 28, 2018, about 7,000 girls, both local and out of state, will walk across the iconic Golden Gate Bridge as they bridge from Juniors to Cadettes.

The bridging is followed by a party on Crissy Field with music, snacks, and fun activity booths. For more information and registration deadlines, go to head over to the GSNorCal website.

Girl Scout QuestFest – Savannah, GA

Join Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia for their Second Annual Girl Scout QuestFest on July 12-15, 2018. Drawing Girl Scouts from across the world, this epic event has something for every member of your group. Whether you’re competing for fun on our non-competitive track or aiming to earn a cash prize on our competitive track, teams will participate in a massive “Quest” through Savannah’s Historic District to find items, do good deeds and tackle silly situations.

This rousing weekend of fun and friends will also include additional events like a movie night, a dinner cruise down the Savannah River, an unforgettable Bridging Ceremony and so much more. Between tackling your itinerary, exchanging SWAPS, loading up on swag and taking in the beautiful city’s history, you’ll leave Savannah exhilarated in the very best way! For more information, go to gsquestfest.org.

Don’t forget to check back on this post throughout 2018, as we’ll be updating it as we hear of new, exciting opportunities with other Girl Scout councils!

Ready to go international? There are so many awesome events and camps planned by our sister Girl Scouts and Girl Guides around the world. Check them out at Girl Scouts of the USA’s Global Travel page!
